Becoming a Small Group Leader – North Heights

1. Indicate your interest in becoming a leader by talking to your small group leader, a Discipleship staff person, or by completing a registration form for small groups.

2. Attend the “New Leader Orientation”
 offered on a trimester basis.

3. Complete introductory forms:

• Leader Application
• Leader Testimony
• Description of Small Group 
  Mail-in Form
  Online Form

4. Leaders are asked to publicize their small groups regularly.

The New Leader Orientation is an important part of the process of becoming a leader.  Out time together will provide vision for discipleship and skills for successfully leading life-transforming small groups. Topics will include:
